Who is responsible

Victor Khen ("we"). Netdryrun is run by an individual; no company has been formed. Contact for anything about your data: hello@netdryrun.com.

The short version

  • The Netdryrun tool (CLI, GitHub Action, MCP server) has no telemetry. It sends us nothing. The GitHub Action uploads a report to Netdryrun Cloud only if you set cloud: true; Netdryrun Cloud is not open to the public yet, and its own privacy terms will be published here before it is.
  • This website sets no cookies, has no analytics and no forms, and serves its fonts itself.
  • We see your data only if you email us or interact with the project on GitHub.

This website

netdryrun.com is static documentation hosted on GitHub Pages. To deliver the pages, GitHub processes your IP address and request details (page, time, browser) under the GitHub privacy statement. We do not receive these logs. If you switch between light and dark mode, your browser remembers the choice in its local storage; that stays on your device. Search runs entirely in your browser.

Email

When you write to an @netdryrun.com address, Cloudflare Email Routing forwards the message to our mailbox. We use your address and message only to answer you and keep the conversation for as long as it's useful, then delete it. Security reports may be kept as records of how the issue was handled. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in answering you.

GitHub and PyPI

Issues, pull requests and discussions on github.com/netdryrun are public and governed by GitHub's terms and privacy statement. Downloads from PyPI are handled by the Python Software Foundation under the PyPI privacy notice. We don't combine this information with anything else.

Transfers

GitHub and Cloudflare are based in the United States. Transfers of personal data from the EU or UK rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (and its UK extension) where the company is certified, and on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses otherwise.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, a copy of it, restriction of processing, or object to processing based on legitimate interest. Email hello@netdryrun.com; we answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your data protection authority.

Changes

We update this notice when what we do with data changes, for example before Netdryrun Cloud or paid products launch, and change the date at the top.
